 We would like to work with SELECT existing Wholesalers, Fix & Flippers, Real estate professionals, Contractors,  and Agents. You MUST have industry background to qualify. 

We are looking for good experienced project managers to partner with :

  • Find Properties/Deals
  • Prepare Property for Wholesaling or Wholetailing
  • Manage the Bid/Remodel/Flip process for Fix & Flip Deals
  • Manage Leasing/Property Management for Buy & Hold 
  • Locate Buyers and Agents to assist in selling the property. 

We offer four separate programs to our Project Manager Partners.
  • Wholesale Profit Sharing
  • Fix & Flip Profit Sharing
  • Fix & Flip Joint Venture
  • Buy & Hold Profit Sharing (BRRR)

Fix & Flip Joint Venture required for first deal. 

We will fund 100% after you establish a track record with us.



Wholesale Profit Sharing

All the Wholesale training courses will lead you to believe that it is very easy to place a property into a purchase contract and then quickly assign that contract before expiry for a fee to a buyer who will then fix and flip.( Assignment ) In reality, experienced wholesalers know that its not so easy when you have only a few weeks to make that happen. The best way to wholesale is to actually purchase the property ,own it, and then find a buyer for a much larger profit/markup return on investment. You then also have the time & opportunity to add value by performing clean outs , landscaping and other minor improvements to prepare the property for the fix & flipper buyer.( Wholetailing) 

We will fund 100% of the wholesale deal including purchase ,closing and carrying costs. 

When the property sells we will profit share with you. You will receive 45% of the net profit for locating the deal, managing the preparation process, and subsequent sale thru another wholesaler, marketer agent or by owner to a fix and flipper.

When the property sells we will profit share with you. You will receive 40% of the net profit for locating the deal, managing the remodel process, and subsequent sale thru a realtor or by owner.

For Managers/Contractors who prefer to perform the remodel themselves and accept payment upon property sale.

Buy Remodel Rent Refinance

We will fund 100% of the project including purchase , rehab, closing ,carrying & refinance costs. 

When the property refinances we will profit share with you. You will receive 40% of the net profit for BOTH ongoing income and profit on the sale for locating the deal, managing the remodel process, leasing/management /refinance and subsequent sale thru a realtor or by owner.

Already approved and ready to submit your property ?

We like to review properties that are under contract. Once you have identified a property that you would like to work with, have the seller enter into a sale contract with us as the buyer. 

Buyer will be A Plus, LLC. 

If the seller requires an earnest money deposit, make sure you require it fully refundable with at least a 14-21 inspection period. ( The longer the better) 

During that time your frame, you will get contractor estimates, order a BPO/Appraisal thru us, and get our decision on proceeding with purchase/financing.
