We are looking for good project managers to partner with :

  • Find Properties/Deals
  • Manage the Bid/Remodel process
  • Work With a Local Property Management Company to find tenants
  • Locate Buyers and Agents to assist in selling the investor property. 

We can provide 100% of the financing as well as work on Joint Venture Deals with you.

Following is how our typical partnerships are structured and are based on project investment. ( Property/ Remodel Costs/Expenses)
